About Kutchi
Since 2000, on the shores of Lake Geneva, in the peaceful village of Bellevue, Kutchi has been inviting you on a journey. A journey to the heart of Afghanistan, where flavors tell stories, and where each dish brings back the scents of the Orient.
Behind this culinary adventure is Hadi Shukur, a former Afghan diplomat who became a restaurateur out of passion. A lover of culture, music, and cuisine, he has succeeded in conveying the soul of a country with a thousand influences through his dishes.
Afghan cuisine, heir to a legendary crossroads on the Silk Road, draws its inspiration from the traditions of India, Iran, Mongolia, and Turkey. From this alchemy is born a refined, warm, and surprisingly contemporary cuisine.
